It's location.
5th floor. No ventilation. Toilet smell is circulated by fan..bedding is damp. Has not seen the sunlight at all. Reception not willing to take authentic ID card and demands only aadhar.

Staff bahviour.they are demanding extra money for extra guests in single room.i hv already booked for 6 guests in single room for rs 1000 but they takes 1800/- for extra guests oher than 3 guests.they are not listen anything .we have to stay there for 6 hrs only and they charged 1800/- for 6 hrs only.

The room was very clean. Service by staff was very good. The hotel is best Hotel in Nana Peth, Pune. The facilities also vey good. It is worth for the price which is showed in booking.com site.

Even someone take a room for a day.. If there is an emergency come allow them to have as per their intrest for some hours with charge. It doesn't mean that they need to pay the entire one day charge if for hours..
The attitude for allowing some more hours even ready to. Pay..
