It was 5years since we stayed here and everything was as good as ever. The tea and cake delicious as always. Breakfast top class and her beautiful homemade wheaten bread 😋.It was great to see Helen, she's a really great host makes you feel so at home . Her and Jenny make a good team. Good value for money compared to the hotel and you definitely wouldn't get the same service. Helen keep doing what you're doing .Hopefully see you again xx Irene and David.

This is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Helen, the host could not have been any more helpful. The house and grounds are kept in an immaculate condition and the setting is superb. This is a real gem and great for a break away with fabulous grounds and setting.
Nothing. Could not ask for any more on this trip.

Helen and Jenny could not have been any more helpful and accommodating- they thought of everything, and delivered more! The house was spotless, the food was exceptionally good (we didn’t have to eat till evening every day after the breakfasts!) and my dog was exceedingly welcome too. The bed was so comfy we’re now considering upgrading our mattress at home! If I could give this B&B 12/10, I would.
Booking.com told Meadow View that our booking did not include breakfast - thankfully Helen ignored this and provided breakfast regardless. She is a superstar. Why on earth would I book a B&B without the second B????
