Gute Lage, mitten im geschehen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Nette Poolanlage sehr freundliches Personal 7/11 um die Ecke

Kleiner Minuspunkt, dass Wasser heiß/kalt ließ sich nicht regulieren. Es kam entweder kochend heiß oder eisekalt. Kein Lift

Dans ma réservation originale j’avais Lk Métropole Jr wing,mais la proposition que j’ai eu était sans ascenseur, j’ai dû faire un débourser pour être dans le bâtiment principal

Having to climb over the side of the bath to take a shower.

There are small bugs.The walls are dirty, the furniture is 60 years old, noisy, the pool is small, but in the pictures it was shown as a large one. there is no elevator to the room. The door is difficult to unlock. The safe is not well secured. I'm not satisfied.

Don't stay in Junior wing, they don't have elevator, when i was check-in, reception gave room room 114, on 4 floor, i came to building and recognise that no have elevator, i couldn't bring my suitcase to 4th floor. i returned back to reception and pay 600 thb more to upgrade to standard room, in other building with elevator. standard room is big enough, but all facilities is old. look carefully before reservation in Junior wing. NO ELEVATOR for this building

Location is perfect. Room size. Parking. The only other good thing was when I left it.

Renovation urgently required. Everything was old and worn. Towels had stains and were threadbare Shower not enough power, when on 'warm', it was never hot. The only thing that was cleaned or changed were the bed sheets. No elevator. No bottled water every day. See the photo of small dusty door alongside the toilet. I don't think the cleaner goes in the bathroom during a stay. Cheap, but not even worth that, imho.
