Fantastic host - very easy to communicate with and accomodating
Early check-in possible and late check-outs possible
Perfect transit or one night stop when arriving and leaving Dubrovnik (very close to the airport)
Comfortable beds
Satellite television for international sports
A coffee machine or coffee plunger / french press would be a great addition (apartment has the stove top Turkish style coffee pots)
No first aid kit
No colander for pasta

The apartment has got everything you need and is super clean. We loved the location, it's very central yet quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and more, it was super clean. Perfect location, so the view out of the windows was really nice, and I can’t be more appreciative of the owners - super nice people! Hope to come back to Cavtat soon!

great location, nice apartment and helpful hosts. on the last day it was raining and they offered to check out in the afternoon to comfortably wait for the airport transfer.

very central, clean.
no air con in bedrooms, it’s in the kitchen and our bed wasn’t very comfortable. but apart from that we had a good stay.

we were running late by almost an hour to agreed time but the owner was patient enough to wait for us, he explained everything and showed us the appartment, we got the keys already in the morning right after our arrival

Iva is on a nice location in the middle of old town. Beaches are close and there are a lot of nice restaurants. View from windows was nice. It was great to have dish washer and washing machine. Shower had good water pressure. Owner family is great, so friendly :)
This is not a note to Iva, but just a general note: there are many steps in Cavtat, also up to Iva. Good shoes are needed :) This goes to Dubrovnik, too.

The apartment provides all you need to make the most out of Cavtat and the surroundings. It came fully equipped and catered perfectly to our family needs.
It is excellently located and offers breathtaking views from both bedrooms. Made you wonder how great it would be to have a balcony.
Iva was an awesome host!
It would be great if it had a cleaning service.

the situation near the port of Cavtat. A good place to do running. Good food and relaxing place.

Or else everything was perfect.

The apartment located in central Cavtat with great views was spotless clean and very cozy with a lot of natural sunlight. The host was very friendly and helpful. I wish to come back next year, would recomend the apartment to anyone!
