The room was alright.I was asked to leave because my and my friend were bickering. The cops were called and I need my money back. I didn't stay 1 night. I was there for 8 hours.

The staff were so cool and welcoming, besides that I will say the park spot were great.

The facilities need a lot upgrades specially the rooms and it’s was smelling so bad.

Absolutely nothing.

The whole hotel smelt like smoke. From the room to the hallways. I was coughing all night. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel a lot. The carpet was so dirty. The fire alarm was disconnected. Dirt on all the walls. Kids yelling until 12:30 pm. The hotel check in came out in PJ's and bunny slippers. There was so much dirt in the bathrooms. With cracks in the tiles and the beds were so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am losing 90 dollars as I booked this on the way back because I was discussed. Staying somewhere else.

The panacake machine turned out pancakes the size of a silver dollar. There was not much other selection. Donuts seemed to be stale. The stopper mechanism for the bathroom sink had come apart, and I had to reach beneath the sink to close and reopen the stopper. The phone cord was pulled out of the wall connection. The TV kept stopping, then going black, and starting up two or three minutes later, with part of the program missed. One of the bedside lights had no bulbs in it. The door from the parking lot is supposed to be secure at night, but the locking system doesn't work.

the hotel smelled, the room was old and dirty. the pillow had a cigarette burn, there was someone’s old food under the bed, there was a funny smell, and the one blanket had tears. the shower backed up and wouldn’t drain. the cups in our room didn’t look new either. Very disappointed.

The beds and check in was nice.

The bathroom was horrible, the toliet wobbled, the sink was splitting away from the wall. The curved shower rod was put up and never painted around, closed the bathroom door to see feet prints on the wall!! Mildew in the bath tub grout. Just a horrible bathroom. The room wasn't cleaned well because if they would have lifted the paper on the desk they would have found a used lottery ticket. The thing across the bed that looks like a table runner had holes in it. It was not worth 112 and some change at all!

Room smelled like cat urine and no remote in the room

The person in the reception helped us a lot at 1:00pm. He was able to change my room and provided the things i needed.

Breakfast area is worst, flies are coming out from the microwave when opened. Room was very dirty. Some different bugs in the room not bed bugs. Not worth the cost i paid.

Location was excellent for our needs.

Bathroom could use a little face-lift (caulk replacement/cleaning in tub).

the room was dirty the sheets weren’t clean I didn’t notice until I remove all blankets some of lights didn’t work missing panels in 212 a/c filter was dirty no fresh towels. they never came in to make the beds or bring new towels after staying there 4 nights I’m not a hapoy customerr I probably won’t book her again until it’s fix

The room was filthy. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, completely visible on walking in. There was toilet paper or paper pieces along the floor by the bed.

strong odor of cigarette smoke throughout the property from the lobby to the “non-smoking” rooms. also, when loud arguments in the hallway at 10 pm at night go on for several minutes….it would have been nice to know someone in the hotel would handle it…
