Great location in the heart of old town surrounded by loads of nice restaurants and beautiful buildings. The apartment is well equipped with all necessary essentials including WiFi, hair dryer, iron, coffee machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our host Bozo arranged a transfer from the airport which took us straight to old town, there we meet Jelena who was extremely helpful and took us to the apartment and explained everything that we needed to know and told us that if we need anything all we had to do was WhatsApp her.
Overall a very pleasant stay and the location of the apartment was excellent :)

beautiful little apartment with a comfortable firm bed and very clean/ inviting.

hosts were soooo helpful and sorted airport transfers/ recommended restaurants etc…
the lock getting in was so challenging it became a bit frustrating every day battling with it & and you have another apartment next door, you can hear every word said / noise and they had a young baby so we had very unsettled sleep the last few nights.
otherwise that I’d literally it! we had the best time!

Excellent service.
The two pull out beds were dirty upon arrival, however, they were quickly changed once we made the call.

Location was good, cleanliness good
Not enough towels for the amount of time we were there. Wi-Fi kept dropping in and out. TV kept getting an error code and not working. A bottle of water in the apartment as a welcome would be a nice touch to add particularly when guests have been travelling in the hot weather.

Location within the Old Town was perfect. Central location but quiet.

The host is very responsive and thoughtful. They made themselves available 24/7. Location is a stone throw from the entrance of the Dubrovnik Walls and it is surrounded by good restaurants and attractions.

Amazing!! Definitely worth staying inside the old town. Beautiful flat, view on the Great Wall, directly in the magic of the city. Very well equipped. Great and flexible host.
Be careful about the parking, because no car can enter the old town you have to park outside and it is extremely expensive ( 3€ to 5 € per hour) pay for the full day on arrival 45€ / day, (if not you will end up paying per hour which will be so much more!) If you can, don’t come by car!

It was walking distance to everything from Restaurants to Banjee beach. The location was perfect.

Clean and spacious apartment in a prime location. Large living room to accommodate a family, we only used the bedroom for 2 people.
Bed is very uncomfortable, we have back pain after sleeping on it for 3 nights. toiletries provided is minimal and cheap. Owner is great and easy to communicate with, but housekeeper lady was difficult to reach and was unhelpful during our stay.

The location in the old town was excellent, the street was quiet but very close to the beach and to lots of lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was brilliant, very modern and clean with all the amenities we needed. We were very impressed considering the price paid!

This property is in a great location and our host Jelena was very kind. The bedding was very good and we had all the amenities needed.
The bathroom is slightly dating and smelled really strongly of sewer. I understand this is something that happens in Dubrovnik when it is windy.

The visual appearance was lovely, clean and new with a great location
The heating was not working at all and it was probably one of the coldest nights when we were there. They brought us a little portable heater the next day which was not sufficient. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything next door when you were in bed as if they were in your room. There was in sufficient hot water for all of us. Very disappointing.
