I tuoi lettini di buona qualità sono a portata di mano dove puoi rilassarti e oziare al sole, o se lo desideri, all'ombra sotto l'ombrellone. Entrando in questa casa si entra in un ampio e luminoso salone open space e cucina con persiane in legno per finestre in vero stile Bajan. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. I comodi divani possono ospitare 10 in quanto include un divano letto. Ci sono 3 ventilatori a soffitto al piano di sotto e con le porte aperte, la brezza di Bajan si diffonderà, raffreddando la temperatura. A un'estremità di questa stanza, le porte si aprono su una zona pranzo all'aperto con 6 posti a sedere, che ha il vantaggio di un baldacchino, se preferisci un po 'di ombra - il posto giusto per gustare un bicchiere di vino! Al piano superiore sono 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni, di cui 1 con bagno privato alla camera da letto principale che ha anche un ampio balcone dove è possibile sedersi e guardare le scimmie verdi andare avanti e indietro per raccogliere i loro frutti. Entrambe le camere hanno letti super king size americani incredibilmente comodi, aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto. Sono forniti lenzuola di cotone croccanti, morbidi asciugamani e accappatoi. Entrambi i bagni hanno docce walk-in per rinfrescarsi dalle temperature del giorno prima di decidere se mangiare a casa o scegliere tra l'abbondanza di ottimi ristoranti. All'arrivo in questa casa sarete accolti dal nostro responsabile della proprietà. Se lo desideri, possiamo fornire un pacchetto di benvenuto (tè, pane, latte, ecc.) E un taxi dall'aeroporto. Possiamo anche organizzare tariffe di noleggio di assistenza competitiva, anche se per coloro che non desiderano guidare, c'è una fermata dell'autobus alla fine della strada. Questa casa si trova in una posizione perfetta da cui è possibile accedere facilmente a spiagge sabbiose, ristoranti gourmet (tra cui il famoso Lonestar) e un'invitante area piscina per accogliere il tuo ritorno.

The location of the property was very not far from Holetown, and close to the beach. We liked the property and the outside space, swimming pool and the veranda were great.
The only was that there was major building works going on directly opposite the property and the noise was terrible, and this was for 5 and half days a week, it also created a lot of dust, but the property manager Geoff did arrange for us to have an additional weekly clean which was very kind of him.
You couldn’t use the downstairs outside eating area or BBQ as it was so dusty and always felt dirty no matter how many times it was cleaned.
But we did really like the property and felt comfortable there, but we did go out more than we had intended because of the noice, so all in all we didn’t have the peaceful holiday that we would would have liked

Extreme disappointment that the property owner did not inform us of the fact that there was a major construction site 10m from the rear of the property that was in operation Monday to Saturday 06:30 to 16:30hrs and minor operations being carried out on Sunday mornings. The construction site had been working for some considerable time (12 months plus) before we arrived and was some months from completion when we left.
Wagons delivering and tipping stone & materials causing noise and dust. Construction plant & machinery being delivered and collected on multiple occasions.
Emptying and servicing of site toilet units. Smell was horrendous and extremely noisy.
The pool area was not only very dusty (including the two sun beds/chairs) but the environment was very noisy and as a result we were unable to use the pool area at any time during our stay.
Constant noise from the site cement mixers (also located at the front of the building site which was around 10m from the rear of the apartment) which were working constantly during site working hours and being loaded manually and by site machinery.
Th property was tired and not well maintained. Dirty crockery, No hot water in the kitchen. Bedroom wardrobes collapsed, no outside light for eating. No dining table to eat meals from inside. Shutters bolted shut with polythene over. Dirty cooker & hob. Location is good for beach and public transport which will be needed as pool are is unbearable to relax by and use.

The property is relatively well located but for the extensive long term construction underway to build 30 3-4 bedroom villas right next to the back of the villa. The villa has no glass windows just levered shuttered which cannot be opened due to th noise, diet and the extra stimulation this gives the local mosquito population. There are no mosquito screens on these doors and windows and the mosquito nets on the beds are grubby. We unfortunately spent as little time in the property as possible due to this and the fact that the property hadn’t been cleaned properly (the dust was not solely down to the construction). At 2am the security shift swapped over noisily and at 6am construction starts.
The pool area is dusty and mucky; whilst the gardening lady cleans the garden with a hose, nobody cleans outside the front doors and it’s dirty and slippery. Additionally Mango court 1 is being refurbished so there’s lots of mess outside and stangnant water, a haven for mosquitoes. With some investment this property could be made amazing but for now I would find somewhere else. It’s a shame given how responsive both the property owner and manager were but being told “it’s just like that in Barbados” doesn’t cut it with us (we’ve been here many times!).

The flower pots are broken, and the lounge chairs in the photo were unkept. The housekeeper met me there smiled, gave me the keys, and told me she would return the following Monday with more laundry supplies; the washing machine did not work (was later informed that it was cold water wash only). I began my meeting, tried to turn on the lamp, it didn't work and another light bulb was missing, the fan didn't work. I decided to make pasta for lunch, the dishes were dirty (including the ones in the dishwasher), and upon further inspection, I noticed that the entire place had not been cleaned. I messaged the owner, he was responsive. He had the regular housekeeper come back the next day to clean. She didn't want to, she was rude, began speaking loudly, and I had to ask her to leave. He (the owner) asked his friends to come over to help, they suggested I take a lamp from one of the rooms upstairs and use it. They asked their housekeeper if she would help, by cleaning my unit; she did an excellent job. She was the "Best". THERE IS ONGOING CONSTRUCTION THAT WAS NOT DISCLOSED AT ALL. Construction begins promptly at 0600 Mon-Fri and perhaps 0700 on Saturday making it difficult to sleep in and work. The property manager was aware. This information was given to the owner.

Mango Court was a great spot for our short family vacation. Well located near the fairmont and lone star. We rented a car to make it easier for the kids, and to access the grocery store and restaurants. We loved using the pool. We enjoyed cooking dinner at the property. The BBQ made that easy.
For the beach, we rented chairs with Rico between the Fairmont and Lone star hotel. They sold food and drinks.
We spent one day at the boatyard. Totally worth it. A car was a must to get there. The beach was fabulous. With je kids we had to get there early to get the good chairs. Like 10am.
Mango court property was good. It looked a little more dated than the pictures but once we settled in, we were very comfortable.
I loved hanging out in the hammock at the deck.
Bonus point for having a Nespresso machine. I brought my own capsules of my favourite coffee.

The place is really cute and has a nice courtyard with a pool that is shared with only 3 other houses - we were even lucky enough to have it for ourselves for a day or two. The location in Porters is good, close to good dining options in Holetown. The house also has a grill that we used and is generally a nice place on the west coast for exploring.
The only things that could be better is the maintenance of the place, as it felt like not a lot of effort is put into that (some deeper clean up, there was no cutting boards in the kitchen etc).

This property was a delight. Took the family for w getaway of their choice and since we have been to Barbados several times this was the pick. The property was all we hoped it would be and Geoff the on sight contact was extremely helpful.
The location is great with access to the beach, close to the bus service and both Holetown and Speitstown within minutes.
Th deck off the MBR was an absolute joy and the almost daily visits from the monkies was a hit with the kids.
They are talking about "next time" already !!

The home is in a very safe neighbourhood , however we were travelling without a car and it was a LONG walk to the beach , and some beaches were hard to access. The home has lots of sqft , but lacked some maintenance, the kitchen was equipped but lacked sharp knives and a full pots and pans set. It was however nice to have the BBQ at the house. The leaning mirrors were a concern since we had a 2 and 4 year old toddler. The maid came with only 24 hours left in our 4 day trip , I thought that could have been managed better. There was no book with local restaurants or tips and tricks for travellers in the house , that would have been nice. Geoff was easy to get ahold of on Whattsapp but did not really have a stong grasp on reccomendations of where to eat etc. The check in and check out were seamless and Steve was great to talk to when we were booking. They could use proper beach towels. The maid did an excellent job and even found a cot for our 4 year old to sleep on , I wish Geoff would have taken the time to give that to us out of the storage when we arrived.

Great property, though looking a little tired. Good facilities and well managed by Geoff Fox. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend Mango Court to people wanting a holiday home close to facilities and beach.
