The location is superb, as it's exactly in the middle between the bus terminal ("Terminal Terrestre") and the historic city centre. The staff is nice and helpful and they were kind enough to have our breakfast ready some minutes before the service started, so we could get into the bus station on time to board our bus.
The wifi worked very well and the bed was extremely comfortable (or we were extremely tired hahahaha).
Just one thing we disliked: they don't accept payments with credit card, what was a small trouble for us since we had just arrived in Peru and hadn't bought any Soles yet. But we finally sorted it, so not a big deal.

front door always locked but there is staff to unlock it for you (property is located in a market at least some of the week), no shampoo

Excellent location near city centre, the port area where the lake tours start from and the bus terminal. Made it very easy to get around. The staff were really helpful and the value for money is amazing.
Payments could only be made with cash. Sometimes gets a bit noisy from the street noise below as there’s a market on the same street.

Posizione ottima, camera spaziosa.
Colazione davvero povera, camera rumorosa con tende che facevano entrare luce tutta la notte. Non ci hanno pulito la camera il secondo giorno e non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Il bagno aveva un odore di fogna al mattino. Non ci hanno dato nemmeno bagnoschiuma e shampoo.
