Good location, Car park was good. Rooms were standard clean enough if a little dated but for the price we paid we were happy enough. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast was poor and not avalible on Sunday. Paid extra once we arrived and never recieved a breakfast on the Sunday. Saturdays breakfast offering was poor with few items.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Emmen :)
There was no bath as it apparently says on booking, and the room was really dark! Even the lights on were not bright enough. But overall it was a pleasant stay :)

The location was great
The toilet base was loose, the breakfast room was cold in the morning.
