The room and bed were very spacious, and the views were beautiful. The pool area looked great, though we didn't get a chance to use it.
The location is walkable to local bus stops (and about a 20-minute walk to the ferry), as well as nearby restaurants. However, I would strongly recommend renting a car to properly explore the area, especially since the hotel offers a large parking garage.
The room, and especially the bathroom, felt a bit outdated given the price paid. The breakfast was adequate, but again, simpler than expected for the nightly rate. On top of that, when we requested an iron for our clothes, it was filthy—and we were told/shown that all available irons were in the same condition.
If you are sensitive to light when sleeping, keep in mind there is a bright green LED directly above the bed that we could not turn off.

Set in a gorgeous location along Lake Como, this hotel truly delivers. Highlights included exceptional dining, a lovely room with Great A/C and a team that went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended."
