This unpretentiius B&B us in a prime location with staggering views across the bay to the lake district.
The owner was brilliant and exceptionally friendly.
It was great value for money with nice breakfast included.
We liked everything!

If you're expecting "modern" then this place is not for you. If you want the most hospitable, welcoming host, a nostalgic, slightly dated but spotlessly clean room, loads of tea and coffee, a fantastic sea view, a lovely breakfast and a short walk into town then it hits every mark. I loved my stay here. Dave the landlord is a proper gentleman.

An excellent stay in a convenient location in Morecambe. A fabulous view over the bay with a perfect sunset. A nice large room with all the facilities I needed.

Our host was very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A relaxing stroll along the promenade and lovely views over the sea front on our return to the room. No dedicated parking but we managed to find a space really close by so didn't need the public overnight car park.
No downsides at all with our host and the property, however torrential rain when we left the next morning meant a soaking while running for the car and the town was awash in a very short time.
