Staff were very friendly. Property was clean and comfortable. Old building but everything was clean. Well aware of the lift not working and really wasn’t an issue. Staff took bags up. Tram across the road. Great location.
Breakfast was basic. Only 1 crossaint each, cereal, toast, yoghurt. Asked for more crossaints but told they had to cook them and be 10 min but we didn’t have 10 min to wait. Lovely staff though.
