Nice hotel with good breakfast

the hotel is conveniently located with 5 mins walk to the ski lifts. the room was very clean and cozy with amazing views on the mountains. Lady at reception deserves a separate shout out - she went above and beyond offering the advice for food, booking restaurants for us and provided amazing customer service.
there were very limited leisure facilities at the hotel - only a small sauna, and I believe the access to spa in another hotel was restricted due to renovations.
breakfast choice wasn’t the greatest.

The staff are very polite and helpful. Laura at the front desk was especially helpful with recommending restaurant options and arranging tables for us. Breakfast was ok.
Our room had an unpleasant smell throughout, probably because of mould.

Hotel bedroom being next door to lift going up and down and doors opening and closing constantly.

short bed (195?), high fee for a list key (we found it after leaving lol), no dinners without booking, pretty far from a lift, which is very long by itself, it was easier to do it by car

the walk to the ski lift is long and half way downhill, half way uphill which is not convenient in ski boots - the distance would warrant a shuttle service

Good location, room was renovated. Good breakfast but after the clock went back one hour they changed the breakfast menu to a summer menu( no cooked meats or scramble egg).
The ski locker needs some improvement. 33cl bottle of beer costs €6 in the bar.

Room great and comfortable, breakfast was good quality. All staff were brilliant and helpful beyond expectation.

The room was very well equipped and really comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style and adequate. The pastries and bread were always fresh and there was bacon and scrambled egg too. Coffee & tea choice was good.
There could have been more choice of cereals, all that was available was cornflakes and chocolate flakes along with porridge oats but no hot milk, quite limited.

Breakfast was very nice. We were leaving early and the staff was accommodating to bring some food for us ahead of the breakfast time.
there was no transportation arranged by the hotel to go to the skiing resort.

The hotel position is the best in Brides les bains. Panoramic view on the village and mountains.
Nice design inside and outside of the hotel, especially of the restaurant.
Different dinner menu every evening was interesting and delicious.
The personals at the hotel and in the restaurant were attentive, kind and very professional!

good location in brides les bain very close to the teleferique . Good breakfast . very good dinner - fine dinning . the staff very helful and everything was nice . i would come again
some rooms - probably standard are outdated . we have a premium room which the hotel said was renovated last year . our friends had standard non renovated room and looked outdated
