The location and the room facilities are very nice.
The waiter at the restaurant was not a "customer-oriented".
That's why we did not visit the restaurant again for our dinner..

room was dirty, marks of coffee all around the desk. empty shower gel. very expensive spa fee. very Mess during checkin/checkout, lack of staff to cover. smelling corredor to access the room.

The pictures on the site are the opposite of the rooms. I booked a room with a separate door from the living room, and it was the opposite of the reservation, and I paid a value of money to book the same reservation as the picture

No display or explanation translates them into English so we have trouble finding our way around

Nice breakfast and location.
Serving of breakfast was at predefined times. Getting up early because that was the only slot available, was not my favorite. You could also not adjust the temperature in the room, so it was a bit of a sauna.

I like the view from our room!!
From the first moment we arrived webdidn’t feel welcome we were double charged for the dog even didn’t know I have to Pay this amount 350kr. We Didn’t get space in the restaurant for dinner That was disappointment and family room was really small for the price! People at the reception not friendly and not helpful. Feel so unwelcome to hotel and they such a big money
