1st impressions were great until we went to check in. Staff didn't seem all to friendly! A shame as this was our last stay and having looked at many hotels we thought this would be a great last stop.
So unfortunately your hotel was let down by your front of house staff. And as these staff are responsible for greeting customers that spoilt it for us :-(
Front desk staff at check in.
Outside pool was for some reason ice cold! (odd as it was a very hot day!)
Inside pool was a little cramped and not the cleanest.
No milk/creamer for coffee in the rooms.
