Honestly, everything was great! Spacious rooms (for Paris), quiet, but well connected, metro a few steps away. Would stay here again.

Very well located close to Gare St Lazare
The elevator is the smallest and slowest ever

Location is awesome, just a minute or two up the road from St Lazare Station. The room had been recently updated and looked great. The Air Conditioning was turned on for our arrival which was a blessing on a 40 degree day!! We were also close enough to be able to walk in the evening in 10 minutes to the Moulin Rouge.
The bathroom was modern but tiny. My knees basically touched the wall using the toilet and I had to duck my head in the shower. (This was a sixth floor room)

location and extremely friendly staff
no air conditioning due to the hotel being worked on. It's my second time there and months age the hotel was already being worked on and renovated....so you knew months ago that you would not have air conditioning but your websites still says that the hotel has air conditioning. Free breakfast was meager compensation when it's almost 30 degrees outside. Luckily your great staff provided a fan...but it was insufficient ...the room was exceedingly hot.
