Very nicely decorated, clean, gorgeous rooms (air conditioned). Warm welcome and good view from the bar (which we also enjoyed as well as the drinks!)

Location and breakfast views were incredible. Pontaillac has so much to offer and this hotel is right in the main part with only a short walk to the restaurants and casino
Step free access was challenging, we had a pram and had to carry it up and down quite a few flights of steps. They did have a lift but not to the floor we were on, nothing they can probably do but should be advertised

Excellent position overlooking the beach. The hotel bedroom was compact but perfect for a short stay. Very nice selection at breakfast and lovely to eat on the balcony overlooking the view.
We liked everything!

Clean and good location
Room was a bit small and we did not get what we booked.
