Good location between museums and city. Very friendly and reactive staff, I had a problem with the shower, it was fixed within the day. Very good breakfast.
Not so good phonic insulation with the corridor and the other rooms. But that's bearable.

Location was great & it was clean & very cute. Our room was tiny but very serviceable. Breakfast was very good, staff were all really lovely & helpful.

The room (107) really needs a renovation. Many things are really used, old or unwell taken care off. Especially in the bathroom.

Location is good, in a student district full of nice restaurants and cocktail bars. Metro station is only 5 mins walk and Marienplatz - heart of the city - is less than 20 mins walk. Staff was very nice throughout my stay but incompetent in resolving issues with my room.
Water was dropping from the room ceiling, so I had to pack, change the room and unpack again in the midst of a very busy conference and ended in smaller room. There was also a big bug in first room. The room was not cleaned one day although I specifically ask the reception to have it done. No compensation was offered for my considerable inconvenience.

Excellent staff - friendly and helpful!
The design of the lobby is a bit too shrill for my taste but the rooms are nice and comfortable

The reception staff was helpful and just amazing. The manager is polite and always available to help. Good value for money, on a nice street in Munich. Close walk to marine platz and gardens.
The bathrooms were a little small but nothing to fuss about.

Great location, cheap. Very nice breakfast buffet.
The rooms could do with a fresh lick of paint and some design choices - like the bathroom doors could be revisited.

Excellent location: near to the old town and the university area which is lovely, and also near to a great range of bakeries, restaurants and shops nearby. Even though the location was ideal it was quiet and calm which meant sleep was great.
The room was always clean.
The staff were always available. Every staff member was helpful, friendly and kind.
The bathroom was very tiny which meant that privacy (with the family member I was sharing my room with) was limited. Not a problem if you are with a partner but not ideal if another family member or a friend.

Good location. Close to any means of public transportation. Friendly staff. Clean and cosy room. Quiet. Basic toiletries are provided. Reasonable price. Perfect place to stay for couples. WiFi works with no issues. Very good breakfast.
Nothing to complain. Really. It would take a lot of ill will to hold a grudge against anything.
