They have a shuttle service just inform the front office when to pick you up. The breakfast was also good. The staff was very helpful and spoke English well enough to help me.

It is quite close to the airport and the hotel provided the shuttle service to the terminal direct. The room is also very cozy.

There are some issues with hot water from the shower. But generally fine.

The building and facilities are a little dated, but still okay. Generally, the hotel is way overpriced. But the main issue was that the Hotel did not accept Visa or Discover cards, despite listing these as forms of payments. If you do not have WeChat pay, a Chinese bank card or CNY in cash, you're out of luck. The staff was also sometimes not helpful. We asked for another blanket and the clerk did not know what to do and his higher up laughed at me.

Please fix location on google maps! I was lost because location on google maps is 2km away from real location.

The hotel staff when I arrived, and I'm talking about the receptionists, they were not helpful, I was starving and they didn't even help me order food. It seems to me that the price of the hotel is expensive and the service is very bad.

I really like the location of the hotel, it is very close to the airport. It seems like they're cooperating with certain airlines, so I suppose the staff of these airlines might stay in that hotel too. The staff of the hotel was really friendly and helpful, even though I arrived in the middle of the night. It's also worth noting that before I booked the room, my fiance called the hotel to make sure I could stay there as a foreigner; the lady on the phone was extremely polite and explained everything clearly. I think the quality was very good at that price. Both the room and the bathroom seemed rather old, but they were quite big and clean. The bed was comfortable. AC and WIFI were OK. The area and surroundings of the hotel are quiet and peaceful. It was a comfortable stay for a fair price. I'm sure I will come back here when I have a flight and need to stay close to Beijing Capital International Airport.

The water in the shower was a bit cold, but I guess it might be due to the fact I was using it very late at night (around 2 AM). The place itself seems quite old and could use some renovation, however it wasn't a huge problem since everything was neat and clean. Besides these two things (that are not particularly important to me, however might be to somebody reading this review) I think the hotel is really OK.

It's relatively close to the airport and they have a shuttle service so that was nice. If you arrive too late at night though (after 12am you'll be out of luck, and will probably need to take a taxi). My room was very spacious and nicely decorated, the bathroom is beautiful.

I asked for a non smoking room I believe and my room smelled like smoke. Luckily I brought allergy medicine with me for the trip so it didnt bother my sinuses. The bathroom had hair on the floor, and the marbled tile makes it hard to tell how clean or dirty the floors are so that was a little concerning, also the lighting isnt very great. This was the first time being in China in general so I was already a little nervous. I arrived pretty late in the evening around 11pm I believe and their shuttle stops running between around 12am and 4/5am so I was worried about missing the shuttle. They sent instructions on where to go to catch the shuttle and it felt a little chaotic in the parking garage. I called the hotel but it was hard to communicate with them about the shuttle and I wasnt sure if I was where I needed to be. I was relieved that the shuttle pulled up but I think they could make the process a little simpler some way.

Location near airport and exhibition. Clean and comfortable.

Reception manager try to get money two times, pretending wrong facts they called police. Police come. Police said it's their issue. They find their mistake. Buy they even didn't apologize They changed time of shuttle bus exhibition without notice.

Proximity to airport. The hotel-airport shuttle service was prompt, polite and very convenient.

As a non-Mandarin speaker, communication with hotel staff was rather complicated.
