Hearty and sumptuous breakfast spread. Very courteous staff.
I think they should supply a bottle of drinking water (still or sparkling) to the room on a daily basis.

-Not a new facility but very well cleaned and maintained, which finally gave us very good impression and comfortable stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Furthermore, I asked for bikes for rent but the hotel provided bikes for free. All services was good and without hesitation or wait, just on the minute.
The food at the restaurant for dinner was not good.

the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. there is a big park near by for walking and relaxing. The breakfast room at the hotel is wonderful. Their garden was very relaxing. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Maybe it is a little far from downtown hamburg, but that was good as well.

Everything exceeded my expectation. The room was comfortable, the staff was polite and accomodating, the breakfast was really good. everything I asked for was provided so I had a 5 start experience!
