Fantastic location and good breakfast. Sense of history in the bar
Bar blocked for private events twice during our stay

The breakfast was delicious! And the location was perfect and the setting and window boxes were so pretty.
We had an external room by the main gate and it was a little dark and felt a little damp in the air.

Property friendly and generally helpful.Excellent location. Rooms and bed comfortable
Breakfast dining quality and area a little disappointing. Also the bar area was each evening before dinner used exclusively for a specific group of residents, different each evening, so others do not have access to the nice bar area. During that time it was difficult to order a drink, even though we had to sit outside instead.

Great rooms, beautiful bar and fantastic location
Bathrooms were tired, found the shower frustratingly poor
