To be honest I wasn’t expecting much for the cheap price we paid, but we were pleasantly surprised, we were a team of travel agents out there to do a bit of training and explore for our clients, our room was clean (room 107), had a lovely view of the mountains from our small balcony, the maids came everyday, the bed was nice and comfy too. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom which was a bonus, also enough space in the wardrobe and drawers for clothes. There were also plenty of plug sockets which made a change compared to some hotels. The pool is immaculate, not one bit of dirt in sight. The pool area has a jacuzzi too. The staff there made us feel so welcome and were attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was simple but nice, due to Covid they took our temperature when entering the restaurant and had to wear a mask (understandably), one of the staff would hold the plate and ask you to choose what you would like and hand it to you so there was no risk of contamination from others. The choices were fresh fruit, salad, cheese, toast, jam, scrambled eggs, and a few other local dishes, they also did fresh pancakes and omelettes made to order. We only had dinner there once (I had a Greek style salad) which was lovely and cheap. They do entertainment and bingo 3 times a week which was fun. They also have what they call a “silent pool” which is great for those that want to unwind and have a quiet read, there were sun beds and hammocks too. I would thoroughly recommend this place, although quite basic, it has everything you need, is clean, fantastic staff and is in a great location, for the price it was a gem 👌
