Good value for money.

Staff was very friendly and the room had a good size. The also offered us a welcome drink and snacks as it was the opening of the pool bar that day.

Facilities were a bit old. Mainly the pool area.

Good location and great pool with otherwise disappointing hotel

Location is really nice as only couple of minutes walking to the beach and about 10 min towards the center.

Apartment was okay, but the hotel itself in need of maintenance. Everything was quite old and outdated. We had a room with balcony towards the pool, the issue was that there is ongoing constructions in the pool area which made it noisy as well as very dusty. The pool itself is the best thing about the hotel as very spacious and also good to swim. But yet again the construction work was disturbing. The staff was not very friendly and willing to help even after the house keeping has taken my Pijama (probably honest mistake) together with the bed sheets. I asked for 4 straight days to get my things back which was not successful. The staff did not apologize nor was very helpful to try to recover the ‘taken’ cloths of their guest.

All of them, very friendly and efficient. The cooks are super and the girls at reception, helpfull.

Conditions in the room are very good for the price. The food is excelent.

The only remark about the trip has nothing to do with the Hotel, but with the authorities of Palamos. The rules about dog excrements on the sidewalk are not appplied. There are dog excrements everywhere in Palamos. Please let the Townhall know this remark.

Superb

It's a good hotel. Close to everything, staff were really nice. Nice swimming pool and there was a bath in the bedroom. I'm glad I chose this place.

Rooms should be cleaned more often. I stayed for 5 nights and didn't have my room cleaned. Towels and bed sheet were changed on the second or third day, but the floors were not cleaned and bin not collected. After so many days going to the beach, there was sand and hair on the floor and a bit of housekeeping would be welcomed.

Pleasant

The location is near the beach in Palamos.

It is not one bedroom apartment, it is a room semi separated by a bathroom. First they give us an old room that was noisy, next day they give us a better one but the air conditioning was noisy all night.

It's easily to find, close to the beach, some free parking on the street around the hotel

The apartment is very small, they bed is very soft and uncomfortable. No room cleaning everyday. Air conditioning isn't very efficient. The breakfast buffet was not as good as 10€ worth.

Nice hotel, nice workers, good breakfast

It wasn’t even that hot outside and the airconditioner was not enough, we were unconfortable and didn’t sleep well all night because it was too hot.

Good location, nice room, helpful staffs.

I had a great 4 nights at this hotel. Can walk to the beach in few minutes. Room is clean and all of the staffs are really nice and helpful. Larissa, young lady at front office, is always willing to help me whenever i have problems without any hesitation. She has a passion for great service who is a great asset for this hotel.

There are varieties of food for breakfast but if i stay for many days i would like to try something different.

Location, Food and SUPER friendly and helpful staff (especially young front-of-house lady from Toronto/uk who certainly is a great asset to have in your business)

2 stars at best on lower floors!

Nice people

Early check-in was inflexible even when rooms were available. First room was tired and needed updating, a/c didn’t work so was moved upstairs, much better but a/c was still very poor. Borrowed an iron from reception which ruined a shirt. An uncomfortably hot night in a hotel masquerading as 4 star.

Would have stayed longer

Amazing worth for the price paid! The room was very spacious for 2 people, clean and with a balcony. Staff was friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was good, but they could offer actual croissants rather than a mini version of that.

We had a great stay at the hotel, the staff was very nice, especially Tianna who speak perfect English and gave us great insider tips. the rooms are clean and tidy and the swimming pool is great

Pleasant

Great pool area ; elevator works well. Desk staff friendly and helpful, breakfast staff guard breakfast spread like a croc' guards its eggs (staff very concerned about a donut/ pastry or an ice cream removed from breakfast area....).

Over zealous breakfast staff. Northern sun blasted our room ; as to why windows aren't shaded or tinted....saves on AC costs, environmentally friendly etc. No blankets in room but, hey, one gets used to it in Spain...
