Amazing view!
Video check in was weird although it worked ok. No drinking water to be found anywhere and the tap water was too warm to drink.

The check in process - the lady appears on the screen and guides you through everything. They have a free parking and an elevator - big plus. The location is exceptional plus you have a few good restaurants in the walking distance. Very clean and cosy.
Breakfast could have been included in the price.

The fantastic views, the lovely village and the hotel's dog friendliness.
Lack of hospitality. Checking on screen with a remote receptionist wouldn't have been so bad if there was someway to make or obtain a drink! No kettle in room, no honesty bar, no staff to ask for anything, no vending machine. Absolutely no way of having a hot drink from our arrival at about 14:50 until breakfast the next morning. Overall the very bottom end of 3 star compared to a previous 3 star hotel on this trip. I wouldn't book an Alda hotel again.
