Great hotel in a quiet area.

Comfy beds and big rooms. Swimming pool was lovely and the gym was a nice addition. Staff were very attentive and it was good value for money.

The food in the restaurant wasn’t great and the location was a bit odd. Not much to do in the immediate area and all felt a bit run down.

Amazing stay!

It was spacious, clean and tidy! we would have extended if we could! its a good base location. motorbike rentals and 7/11 just next door.

The rooms are a little tired and old. Lots of wear and tear

Nice stay at Bayview

Old hotel with newly refurbished rooms located in the centre of Kuah Town. The rooms are exactly as seen in the picture. Very helpful staff especially concierge that will help with your shopping bags every time u come back from shopping etc. There are a lot of food options nearby. Nice view if you take a room with a seaview.

The path to go to the swimming pool is very inconvenient. You have to take the stairs down and climb the stairs again to reach there.

fun , friendly , central to everything and very clean.

staff were friendly and accommodating, . pool was a great size with a nice view across to the bay and the town to the other side .

would have loved more western options for breakfast . some bacon would have been Amazing.

A fabulous experience from the time we walked in .

From the moment we walked in the door , we were treated with warm friend smiles , everything was smooth and everyone so helpful . It was a wonderful place to stay with our family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice family hotel .

The breakfast could have had more western options , some bacon would have been amazing ! . Also lunch service not once but twice was so slow we waited 45 mins for meals each time .

Right in the City Center..walkable to duty free and lot more shops...just loved the hotel location....Would recommend others to book this Hotel.

Nice staff

The staff was so helpful and we enjoy the stay there alot of Market and ATM Near by The Hotel, i will totally recommend this place to every one want to stay in Langkawi

excellent!!!

I loved the size of the room, the facilities like the pool, gym and spa. I enjoyed the pool, massage services and the gym. The location is very convenient too and the staff is helpful. I love the large size of the family suite. :)

Very good

The seaview and the Maha Tower lights (at night) made us feel good days and nights.

The parking lot was an issue. The rest alhamdulillah. We enjoyed the stay.

the hotel is very rundown. there’re cockroaches running in the room. the towels are very old n insufficient ie there’s no hand and small towels.
