Should have more staffs in rush hour of breakfast

Nice hotel with large room. Staff are very friendly. They also have vegan option for dinner and breakfast

First booked a property with private pool. Not disappointing at all. All staffs are very nice and helpful to all our needs. Everything is also clean and comfortable. Will surely recommend.

We faced some difficulties contacting the front desk. The number should have been posted in a place easier to see by guest

Good facilities, new, nice and clean room

Food is the worst More than 90% of the guests are Thai but Thai food taste was so blended and not spicy in the spicy dishes.(we order Massaman extra Thai spicy) Requested to have fresh chop chili to put in the food. It takes more than 30 mins after 3 times follow up with waitresses and F&B manager(for the third time) Staffs just said “it is coming” and ignored us completely by continue serving other tables. I did not see anyone make any efforts to follow up and we ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes for chili+food become cold F&B manager gave us one compliment bottle of red wine for service recovery at that night. We accepted his sincerely apologize as we could see nothing much he could solve for this problem. Pizza was unacceptable in term of look and quality. Cocktail taste like drinking water. We went there during Thai new year which was very peak period. We paid double price to stay there and paid full fare for food and beverages without using any discount card. Why the hotel did not hire more staffs as the service was too slow, especially at the restaurants. The restaurant staffs looked no idea what they doing and not been trained properly. Had read through the feedback with lots of comments complaining about the food was not nice here. Why not improve?? I am sad that the hotel has such a nice facility and very comfortable room. If you continue doing business like this without improving and reading the feedback. You will always got the same ppl who using discount card to stay, just because it is cheap and affordable. Those who paid for full price will stay for only once and will never come back again, plus will never recommended to anyone to come. Front officers, house keeping staffs are ok as hotel standard. But the last day we checking out, the buggy was very delayed ,even we went to inform staff earlier to set up the time to pick us up to the car park after we checked out(we had an elderly who was struggle walking up and down the stairs)

The check-in process is slow. Staff was polite but service is a mess. I had to ask for extra pillow twice (within 5 hours) because they are too busy and forgot the request. The in-room food selection were limited and tasted quite bland. One of my friend who came in the same trip got an expired pumpkin dessert (sour taste and the chef just came to apologize). The room floor was very slippery; both myslef and my kids slipped. The lighting system was confusing, thr bedroom section and living room section could not be functioned seperately so if I wanted to turn lights off for my kids in the room, the whole livong room including toilet must be off also.

The staff are attentive, friendly, always willing to please and on hand very quickly/
