Gentleman member of staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient although it did seem as if the poor guy seemed to be doing everything although he coped exceptionally well with the multi tasking and was always smiling.
I have to say the toilet paper was the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I have ever come across and was far worse than found in public toilets.
The key lock on the French doors to the garden was broken (the wood around the keep had been levered and was broken) and although repair attempts had been made by fitting 2 slide bolts, they really weren't up to the job and did leave us concerned about security.

The breakfast was ok, but it could have been in my opinion a bit hotter .
There’s should have been more staff in the evening , the shift manager Ben was run ragged on Friday, and there was so many meals not available because they had run out.
