Breakfast was great

The staff is really nice, the breakfast was good enough

All the hotel and the rooms have carpet, the room smelled smoke. The reception is closed the whole morning.

Locatie

There was no person behind the reception when we arrived at 12.00 pm. I called three times because we didn’t know were to park our car. At least We parked our car in the garage which was behind the hotel for 25 euro’s a night!!!

The location is great. The room was spacious, the bathroom too. The breakfast had everything I would expect and was quite tasty. The woman at the breakfast and the woman I met who made up the rooms were very friendly.

Unfortunately I couldn't check in before 2 pm, which I didn't know in advance. I had to go to my appointment first, then rush to the hotel and back during a break. Needless to say that the time was not enough. :-( Oh, there was a note with a mobile phone number to call for assistance while there is no one at the reception. I called five times, but the only one answering was the mailbox... The woman at the reception (in the afternoon) was quite reserved and did not seem to be interested in creating a friendly atmosphere.

Pillows was to soft

Very nice breakfast. Hotel was short distance from city centre.

The bed could have been a bit softer and the pillows bigger.

Good position. Very comfrrtable sleeping because of no street noise. Very good breakfast. Very clean.

Although the booking clearly stated breakfast included we were charged extra for breakfast. No reception during check out.
