La grande terrasse dehors avec salon de jardin, le salon confortable (avec cuisine et salle à manger), la chambre avec lit double spacieuse et équipée de rangements.
Appartement en hauteur à l'écart de la circulation, mais plutôt proche du centre-ville (à 10 minutes à pied).
La disponibilité de l'agence à 5 minutes à pied, accueil serviable et très sympathique.
La région de Zell Am See, avec plusieurs belles vallées à explorer.
La deuxième chambre avec aération mais sombre (fenêtre sur un puit de jour étroit en raison du terrain en pente).
Le chantier de construction juste en face de l'appartement était à l'arrêt le week-end, il était presque terminé quand nous y étions en août. Le toit de l'immeuble en construction de l'autre côté de la rue fait face à la terrasse et cache le lac, mais la vue sur les montagnes et le ciel reste dégagée.

The location was good, the property was clean. The patio was our favorite spot. The host was very responsive.
This property advertised to have a Lake View. There is an active construction site in front of the property that not only block the view of Zeller lake completely, it also provides extra noise starting at 7am on weekdays. Since this 4 story building has been under construction for many months, I personally would have liked notification or heads-up about the change.
There is a sink in the WC room, but no towel to dry your hands.

Good location for the town
Substantial building works going on in front of the property so the pictures on booking.com do not represent the reality of the view.
One bedroom smelt very mouldy.
