Acca Hotel

The picture didn’t do this hotel justice. Such welcoming staff. Handy location. They provided us with a cot for our newborn. Breakfast was exactly what we needed. We had such a pleasant stay.

I liked everything. The location is perfect. The hotel is very clean, the room cleaning was very good, also the hotel decorate is very beautiful, they thought about every little detail. And the crew is amazing. They gave me the best service , they were very welcoming and helpful. Also the breakfast is wonderful. 10/10 🙏🏽

Wonderful location. The rooms were clean, comfortable and recently updated. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful. We would stay again.

Nothing! Everything was lovely!

A disappointing experience. I booked this hotel based on numerous enthusiastic reviews, particularly the positive comments about the breakfast. Unfortunately, my experience was quite different. I’ll start with the breakfast. The selection at the buffet was extremely limited: literally three slices of sausage, which did not look particularly appetizing. There were also only a few tomatoes, some of which had already started to wilt, giving the impression that they had been sitting in the buffet for more than one day. There was one piece of cake available — literally just one. Boiled eggs were also offered. I asked whether it was possible to have the eggs prepared differently. One of the staff members, who wears a black suit, prepared the eggs quite well, and overall I was satisfied with his service. However, the second staff member, who wears a blue suit, clearly had no idea what an omelette should look like. Instead of an omelette, he brought me what appeared to be simply fried eggs, presented in a rather strange way. This might be acceptable in a home kitchen, but in my opinion, it is not an acceptable standard for a hotel. Furthermore, it was specifically this staff member in the blue suit who appeared to have a cold and was working without a face mask. After being served by him, I also developed cold-like symptoms, which disrupted my plans for the rest of my stay. Of course, I cannot say for certain that this contact was the cause, but the situation was nevertheless concerning. Overall, in my opinion, the breakfast did not live up to the standard suggested by the hotel description and the many highly positive reviews. The room itself was clean, which is a positive point. However, during housekeeping, the staff repeatedly moved my personal belongings. Despite my requests not to do this, the situation did not really change. What particularly upset me was that the staff also handled personal belongings that did not need to be touched at all.
