Location far enough from the party. The staff is really nice.

Pool area was lovely, staff were all very friendly and location was good. Tourist info, Cafe 7/11 right outside and a short walk or tuk tuk to Patong beach.

The bed was really hard and there wasn't much of an option if you were having breakfast though portions were huge.

The bed was comfortable.

It’s a good location if you’re into partying. There was ALOT of noise and music coming from the surrounding bars and eating areas. We could hear this in our room until very late. This caused some severe lack of sleep. Also, the bed was comfortable, the rest of the room was dirty and outdated.

The road was really loud all night so it was hard to get sleep. The door was little bit broken so mosquitos came in the night. Also a lot of ants in the room every now and then. Also the cleaning service was pretty shallow, for example they didn’t take the dirty dishes with them, and it felt like they only brought new towels. Also if you take a shower, the whole bathroom is floating of water

Good aspects : - The rooms, the lobby, the swimming pool - The staff - Views - Proximity to beach, market and all other areas. The property is rightly places between all the noise of patong and a big fruit and food market. Perfect stay I'd say for couples and families. Who might want a mix of partying plus chilling plus exploring the local cousine

The only problem here as silly as it sounds is stinginess with drinking water. You are given just 2 bottles a day. You need to ask them for extra. This was our 4th stay during this trip in Thailand and all other properties did not have this problem.

I like the pool, location is near to Malin Plaza where you can eat, drink and buy fruits. It is also peaceful at night. Didn't hear any noise since my room is located at the back facing the mountains..

it was perfect for us. location was amazing. 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and a little bit further to the night life but it was nice to be out of it. right outside was a street food market which was incredible. dining for 80 baht a night and the food was delicious. as for the hotel, the room was everything we wanted and more. clean, spacious and well equipped! bed were huge and comfy. great shower facility too. breakfast was tasty and the gym and pool were an added bonus for us. staff were faultless. exceptional stay.

Nice hotel and nice staff! We enjoyed the pool with its waterfall and the quiet well designed room at upper floor but there are also rooms to try on the terrace with fantastic view! Breakfeasts served at the table with a choice between asian or occidental food are generous. As we were leaving early, the take away breakfeast provided by the hotel was ok and on time. The hotel is on the side of the "hot" Patong but less than 10 mn walking from the center and from the north part of the beach and restaurants.

The cleaning lady removed the used bath towels but forgot to provide new ones that we ! The desig bath room is not fully comfortable. The lighting in ceiling doesn't not provide enough light to shave and also there is no warm water at the washbasin.

the air conditioning unit was loud. the rooms were dirty very small rooms which were very dark and felt quite claustrophobic there were huge gaps around the outside of the bedroom door which meant if people wanted to they could look into the room and it also meant that geckos kept coming into our room through the gaps. receptions weren’t helpful when it came to onward travel or wanting to order room service
