If tranquility, serenity and house feel is your thing then this is the place for you. Spacious rooms furnished with everything needs for a comfortable stay, close to the beach front but not to the busy part of Parikia. Margarita was friendly and a good host.
Shower could be upgraded a little, some minor electricity issues cause sometimes an uncalled for romantic atmosphere, but in general we were comfortable.

What a lovely place! Margarita is so kind and sweet, and the property is beautiful, with a tranquil garden. Great location, easily walkable into town but in a quiet neighborhood.

Margarita was so friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to give advice when asked. The location was perfect, quiet (depending on fellow guests, of course) and within minutes of anywhere you might want to go. Spotless apartment, easy check in/out
Nothing - just the noisy and inconsiderate neighbours marred it for me

The host was lovely. She cleaned the room and provided fresh towels each day.
I didn’t particularly like the location but it wasn’t too far from the town centre etc. The shower was tiny and curtain was at half height. No coffee or tea facilities in the room and no water provided in the fridge which would’ve been nice given the cost per night. No sleep the second night there were young men in room next to us making a lot of noise at 4am. The owners lived in the complex and didn’t do anything about it which was a bit disappointing. We left very tired.
