The room was perfect, a very cosy feel, a comfortable bed and the amenities were the cherry on the cake.
I loved the variety of the breakfast spread and everything was delicious.
Also the owners allowed to leave my bag at the B&b on the day of check out so I was able to hike freely on the day before leaving Ambleside.
It was a bit hot in my room so I ended up sleeping with the window open (which was absolutely lovely to be honest)

The breakfast felt just like having breakfast at home, with the host asking what I would like and preparing it for me.
The location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from the bus station.
I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the warm, homely atmosphere.
I honestly loved everything about my stay — the cleanliness, the peaceful atmosphere, the excellent location, and the warm, family-like hospitality. I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.
