Everything... excellent service, atmosphere. Staff speak English as well
There was not a food place right next door but I was able to order food and drink from the check in desk and it was there in 10 min so hot I had to wait for it to cool...

The bathroom and many things in the room were very old

That we gave them only two hours notice of arriving at 1pm in the morning. They literally saved us from sleeping in our car for the night. After an horrendous journey they stayed awake to accommodate us. My hero

Convenient location to the ferry.
Didn't seem like there were many people (either guest or staff around). When some one came to check us in, they took quite a while to find our booking, then said we must've booked last minute, but I had booked several days ahead. Room configuration was requested to have a double bed instead of two singles, but that was ignored.
Rooms smelt musty as though everything had been untouched for years. Room hadn't had a thorough clean since the last person was there.
