Friendly family run. Personal service and attention to detail. The breakfast was lovely, different seasonal fruits every day and excellent local produce. Very comfortable and clean.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was a good buffet selection. Quite at night despite being close to the bus and train station. A short walk to the old town too.

On our first day while my wife was having shower the bathroom got flooded, and the water started coming into the bedroom. We put a number of towels and advised the reception who tried to resolve, unfortunately she couldn't. She said the Manager would be in the following morning at 9.00am and will take care of the situation. We got up early and waited for the Manageruntil 9.30 so went to the reception and was told she wouldn't be in until 1.00pm. At this stage I hadn't had my shower for 2 days, so we went out. Returned at 1.30pm and went to the room where the Manager was fixing the blockage. She said it would take another 15 minutes so we had to go and wait at the reception. I said to her she was supposed to be sorting the situation at 9.00am, and was told she had to attend another meeting. I said to her this has caused us so much inconvenience and asked for a days refund. She advised me this was not going to happened. We had no choice but to stay as getting accommodation at the last minute is very expensive.
