Que para entrar al hotel después de estar en el estacionamiento hay que volver a salir a la calle y de noche suele haber indigentes en la zona

No había jabón en el baño, el ascensor tenía daño porque se quedó trabado y tuve que presionar el botón de parada

La limpieza de las habitaciones y la atención del personal

Era necesario arreglar algunos deterioros del baño

1. Cobran impuesto que ningun otro hotel en la ciudad cobra bajo las condiciones que ellos establecen. 2. Se me presentó un inconveniente y me comuniqué por el chat, me respondieron 36 horas después. 3. El hotel es antiguo, está conservado pero las habitaciones están en regulares condiciones, el aire muy ruidoso. 4. El personal de recepción no es muy amistoso.

Pool was great. they have large pool and you could order food from pool, but they have limit drink option. they only have beer from the pool. you can not order frozen drink or cocktail from the pool. Hotel location is great. you could walk to most of places you need from this hotel. it is next to large mall. you have access to many large and small supermarket. walkable to many different restaurants and stores. They are only few blocks away. you could walk to central from this hotel, but hotel is far enough that you don't have to deal with bad side of central environment. you could get taxi easily from the hotel, night and day. Cucuta does not have major public transportation like bogota or Medellin, but they have many microbus transporting people in cucuta. and most of this microbus stop at the mall next to the hotel. I felt hotel area is safe enough to walk around at night time. Check-in and Check-out was quick.

because hotel is next to one of the biggest mall in cucuta. traffic can be very bad in this area. sometime walking is faster than taking taxi. this is old hotel and you could definitely see and feel the age of the hotel. sometime hotel elevator stop working. some room refrigerator does not work. My room had hot-tub but it was not hot. it was barely feel warm. I wish they could clean the pool more frequently. pool water always seems dirty. breakfast is very bad here. they have very limit option and almost everything run out. some of the hotel restaurant food is okay but some food are just terrible.
