The receptionists were really lovely. There is no breakfast available, but you can get a nice coffee. There is a cute little playground for children. It's very close to the beach

The swimming pool was really cold. We had to ask for the cleaning ladies to come after they hadn't cleaned for 3 days. You can hear the other guests quite well

Lovely staff throughout our stay - everybody was really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - directly across the road from the beach - with lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Beautiful views of the sea and beach to the front, and lovely views of the mountains at the rear. We had a Suite with Whirlpool which was great and gave us extra outside space too.

The sofa bed was a little tired, and would benefit from updating for next season - perhaps best for younger children rather than teens. Other than that, we didn't have any other complaints.

looks nothing like the photos - I was expecting it to be much more luxurious. felt very shabby. apartments ( particularly kitchen area) not clean. felt grubby. quite noisy. main road between us and beach. passers by can see what you’re having for breakfast. lots of noisy kids. no gym facilities.

Great spot a few yards from a lovely beach. It was calm and uncrowded with some pleasant restaurants quite close. The choice of lighting available made the apartment cosy at night.

Perhaps the bare concrete around the pool could be improved.

Good sized clean apartments well kitted out for a short stay. Location perfect next to and overlooking one of the best beaches in Port de Pollenca. Pool area is well furnished with plenty of sunbeds and day beds for a relaxing time. Definitely would stay here again if returning to Port de Pollenca.

Nothing to dislike. Its a bit if a stroll along the seafront to the centre but not a problem for us.

Staff were excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and was cleaned twice with fresh towels during our stay. The location is idea with the beach across the road and a 2 minute walk into town. The reception also do some cold drinks and coffee which is very convenient.

The pool was cold as its not heated but if you're there in the summer that's not such a bag thing.

Walls are a bit thin...

The property was a good size and well equipped with a view over the pool and sea. Great location for the beach and an easy walk to the centre of Port de Pollensa. Car parking not a problem. Staff friendly and helpful.

There were no duvets supplied just a sheet and as it was the end of season it was a little cold at night. This was however remedied when I asked at reception for a duvet.

Rooms were nicely done and we loved the hot tub on the balcony plus the sun bed.

Rooms were only cleaned once and we had to keep asking for my toilet paper/towels.

We have been awake by weird noises in the middle of the night and you could hear people walking loud in the morning.

The swim up pool was great but would be even better if slightly heated. Very helpful and friendly lady at reception.

The room didn't smell very clean and the bedding and duvet had a stale smell too which was a shame as it's the only thing that let it down.

Very nice location, nice room with a pretty view, cozy pool area. Nothing to complain.
