The staff were excellent, and kind. They even let us stay a little past checkout while we waited for our train (there was a pretty severe heat wave at the time).

Great location, 5 minute walk to Termini Station. Beautiful terrace. What a welcome place to relax after a busy day walking around Rome. Check in was very easy.
I don’t know if it comes with breakfast. We had a very early train and left before. 6.

Everything. Location was excellent. 5 min easy walk to Termini. Plenty of restaurants nearby. All staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. They helped us with a problem we had with a train cancellation which they didn't need to. Room was great, clean and comfortable. We stayed one night, then two nights, so experience two different rooms. Both were great. We did love the one with the small courtyard. Room was bigger and just like the website pictures. Be mindful however, that the shower is small.
Loved everything.

It is in a convenient location if you’re taking the train.
It is not actually a hotel as such, it’s a single floor in a big building with a few rooms. Getting inside was a pain and everything was pretty old, though it was clean enough. A trolley runs right outside the window, which the hotel acknowledged once we arrived and provided ear plugs, but was obviously not part of their advertising. I never interacted with any staff except via WhatsApp. The communal terrace is ok, but nothing that nice.
