I'm delighted to share that I had a positive experience during my recent stay at Hotel Cabrera Imperial. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. Overall, it was an excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogota.

The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. My suite on the 8th floor was stunning (wasn't expecting a jacuzzi in my room). Breakfast was very tasty and plenty to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

I think the addition of a swimming pool would make this hotel perfect!!

All members of staff were very friendly and efficient, the room was large, attractive and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good and the location was great, in a safe area with lots of restaurants and malls nearby.

The water pressure was a bit low.

Staff don't speak a work of english. But overall the hotel is nice and in centre of the town at some metres from all shops. Very good value for what they offer

I asked to make our last days of honeymoon special in the request while booking. when we arrived they had given away our room and we had to stay in the room with two separate beds. for this misunderstanding they did not offer any compensation. they claim they have a spa- in the reality it’s a steam room that does not heat up to the level that you can actually purposefully use it. when I told it to staff they just smiled and did nothing about it so I suppose it just does not work. the room was cold- 21 degrees and the thermostat did not work neither did the aircon heat. we asked it to be fixed and they brought a small heater that did not help at all. in bogota it gets quite cold and 21 degrees in a room was very low for us after coming from Cartagena- 29 degrees.
