Everything is great!
Perfect facilities for these money!
I stay 4th time here and will stay again in future!
Breakfast could be a bit better
You could add some bacon or sausages to scrambled eggs and change store-bought cake to home made one or to fresh croissant )
But of course I am completely agree that it is a decent breakfast for these money!

Leaving next morning.
Our room was in a separate building and couldn't be accessed from the main one. Parking was either in the street at the front of the main building or out the back on the grass, which was wet as it rained in the night. The television remote was held together with sticky tape that needed replacing.
