Location was lovely. Right on the lake and quiet.
You had to pay for heating which seemed strange and should be included.

Nice location near the lake in front of Lecco. Self check-in is a plus
I was actually surprised when the host asked me for a deposit and to pay for heating. The latter I can even understand, but it was 20 years around the world no one asked me for deposits anymore.
The bar just below the apartment is quite noisy

The view of Lake Como was very good. A short walk to restaurants and water taxi for Lake Como.
The location of the apartment should be clearer when booking as it is quiet a distance to the supermarket without a car. The apartment needs a deep clean and updated interiors. Outside the front door needs a tidy up and cat hair removed. The walls are thin and could hear the neighbours talking and the television until the early hours of the morning.
