It's not worth to say We spend days in Boudl ... it's not at all looks as Boudl chain of Hotels n resorts. It's an old outdated location. 1. Roof in the rooms are horrible with spicks design gives a feeling as it priks you. My little daughter couldn't sleep. 2. Breakfast was just too low grade. Just to fill the stomach. No taste , minimal varieties. Not even a proper coffee n tea sachets available in rooms n at breakfast. 3. Staff looks dull mood ad jf they are not paid well or given very ill treatment from their management. 4. At reception when I tried discussing the same they just replied. This is an old location so it is as is.. 5. I suggest better not to say it as 4star location as its not even fit to give a single star.

Card key not available during our stay. We need to go to reception whenever we want to open the room. Old furnitures. Water not that hot even it is winter. Rooms no internal key for privacy. My request for romantic set up in queen room for our anniversary was not done eventhough the hotel said they will do.
