Very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent location. There was a great variety of options for breakfast and you could enjoy it on a beautiful rooftop

The rooms are well-maintained and clean, and the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent service.

Staff is really nice, we got an upgrade, the room is big and comfortable, breakfast is good, located in the city centre

Location is 10/10 and it was nice to have a balcony
The bathroom smelt so badly of sewage it was awful.
We weren't left enough towels for a booking of 2 people, just 1 big and 1 small towel.
The room was quite dirty and the bathroom sewage smell went into the bedroom so I was very thankful for being there for one night.
There was such loud music outside (not the hotels fault) that went on into the middle of the night.
