I liked the deluxe room, we stayed in, it had a cool upstairs and downstairs!
The prices could be a tad more competitive, was surprised by the drink prices

such a beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, I planned a few surprises for my partner and the staff here helped to facilitate that, will definitely be visiting again!!

Big room with plenty of space. bed was very comfy. A proper feather duvet and pillow. Nespresso machine and occitane toiletries. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and loved having a choice of coffees.
Windows didn't open so no fresh air. Was a little further out from city centre then I realised. Bulb in standard lamp not working
