L'emplacement, la vue, le parking sécurisé.
La vétusté : aucune isolation (carrelage partout, particulièrement bruyant nous n'avons quasiment pas dormi), même l'ascenseur s'entend
Le mauvais entretien technique : chauffage de la sdb, bonde du lavabo, colonne de douche, paroi de la baignoire, fenêtre, porte d'entrée, vmc, miroir cassé...

Right on top of Marseillan beach. Views from our room were fantastic. Amazing location. It has potential with a refit to be one of the top hotels in the area. We stayed in three hotels and the 'Dunes' breakfast did not match our other two locations. Staff were friendly.
The place needed a good clean. It did not meet our cleanliness expectations. The windows were filthy in the downstairs patio area of the restaurant and curtains hanging from track fell down as I tried to block out the sun. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. It's not in the 21st century by any stretch of the imagination. Broken, buckled lampshade and there was an old blood stain on our bed sheets, with other stains on the old-fashioned Bri-nylon bedcover. Lucky we only did the one night as I would not take a free week at this place.

The location right on the beach and very quiet. Good selection at breakfast with good coffee. Room very comfortable with sun room off to sit in, Bathroom with bath (!!) and good towels. Secure parking.

Location is great! The beach is walking distance and it has miles to walk. Breakfast is quite good too and the terrace for sitting is really nice. They have beach chairs and parasols that you can freely take to go to the beach. Excellent point about the place!
We had two rooms and in one of them there was no hot water in the shower, just warm enough for my husband but not for me.
