Good shower. Nice location. Friendly staff. Reception staff gave my dog a welcome pack!!! Great restaurants on the dock and nice boats.
Small bedroom and dark, (perhaps because we had a dog). The elevator floor was dirty and sticky when we arrived and still hadn't been cleaned the next morning. These little things count.

Le personnel à l'accueil. La situation et l'accessibilité au centre de Dunkerque sur le port. La relative modernité des bâtiments et l'architecture. Le parking sécurisé bon marché. Les restos et le centre ville à quelques minutes à pied.
Ce quartier moderne, c'est déjà un peu la «zone». La propreté de l'établissement est relative. Ex: l'ascenseur est propre dans le bâtiment d'accueil mais plus trop dans l'aile Masquelour (jaune) où nous avions notre chambre. Le bar et la salle du petit-déjeuner sont accueillants et fréquentés tandis que les couloirs, cages d'escaliers et chambres sont assez lugubres. La vue sur l'eau est nettement préférable aux côtés rue! Evidemment un séjour en février n'a pas le charme d'une nuitée d'été avec de la chaleur et des gens en terrasse...

- Couchage trop ferme.
- Malgré le kit d'entretien, Un torchon en tissu pour essuyer la vaisselle serait un plus.

Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed location and proximity to city center (500-700m), Maritime museum (100m) and sea front (1.5km). Kitchenette was decently equipped.

The room was adequate for what we needed, with a small kitchen, nice view from the window onto the harbour, the location was perfect as we could walk easily to destination of our choice, it was close to the beach. Good places to eat locally. Plenty of bars in the area. Secure gated parking for extra price.
No kettle in the room only a coffee maker. The fridge was very loud that it kept us awake, the bed was hard and so were the pillows.

It's very convincingly located. Has plenty of free parking around it. Great value for money. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Late check in. Nice staff.

area is under construction, sewage was leaking out if the building next to ours, many floors below but it did smell bad.
