The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My car had broken down just outside of town, and the staff helped me contact the garage and get back on track. Special thank you to Filip.
The Hostel is located a wonderful monestry - it's very central and close to many great bars. Staying in Reggio Emilia and the Hostel (although unplanned) turned out to be the highlight of my trip. I will be returning when I next visit Italy.

very warm welcoming staff and atmosphere. Beautiful garden, lively ambiance and excellent service from professional and trustworthy staff. I would recommend highly.

It was a very interesting old Abbey converted into hostel. I liked the nostalgic mood and the hourly ring from the bell tower. The old town center is walking distance. Very atmosphere overall. Staff were trying their best.
There was just a window in the room and no air-con no fan for the ventilation. It was very hot and stuffy and there was no wind at night. It was architectural atmospheric but staff put very loud music in the afternoon but eventually stopped when requested. There were fleas and mosquitoes and I needed to get repellent outside, still got fleas bitten all over. It must be difficult to have this big place cleaned.

The kind & wonderful staff bent over backwards for us. It was so exciting to stay in an old Reggio elementary school full of history.
