Amazing location, beautiful view and the owners were absolutely lovely.
Apart from the fact I had to get the suitcase up some stairs (unavoidable) there’s not really anything!

Location, location, location. The best view over the beautiful bay harbour of Patitiri - you can watch the day to day life of everyone. Even the multimillion pound super yachts that dock there. 5 mins walk along the little stone stepped path to gain access to the port/pick up, taxi rank & bus stop. Great bars & restaurants. Super lovely hosts too, so warm & polite.
Personally I pack light - if you don’t; then you’ll hate the stairs

The location and view were great. Getting up there with luggage was a chore. Maybe not for the large load luggage people.
The room was very small. The room description said it was a small room … and it was very tight and so was the WC.
Hoteliers were polite, but not engaging.
