Das Gesamtbild des Hotels, die innere Ausstattung. Ein ganz besonderes Flair von Geborgenheit umgibt einem. Die Bettenabstimmung und das Raumgefühl im Zimmer hebt sich besonders von anderen 3-Sternen Hotels ab. Ganz besonders muss ich auch das Frühstück erwähnen. Dies ist kein Standard; es ist wie schon zur Linie der Geborgenheit nochmals das gewisse „Besondere“ an Abstimmung.
Was diesem Hotel noch fehlt ist ein Sicherheits-Schlüsselkasten. Für Gäste, die sehr spät anreisen. Es gibt kein 24h Rezeption.

Sauberkeit, Personal, Hotel, Wellness, Küche, Essen, Frühstück, alles sehr gut.
Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
Die Größe des Badezimmers ist eine Zumutung.

De accomodatie en de omgeving
De mate van herstel na de overstroming in 2021, nog veel hotels staan erbij als bouwval en gebeurd er, zo op het oog, relatief weinig.
Er is ook nog niets gedaan aan het pad langs de ahr. Net als een aantal wandelpaden in de omgeving

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes. We have stayed in this area for many years and after the flood disaster wondered if we would ever go back. However Hotel Ruland have certainly given us a reason to return and I am sure once the surrounding building works are complete it will be more than perfect

Too much noice from the church every hours even in midnight .
Beds are not suitable for couples .
When hotel is full booked, finding a parking lot is terrible .
Breakfast lication and view is nice .
The rooms are much smaller than you can see in the photos, and in our room has very bad smell from toilet.
When we arrived at the hotel this very bad smell in the room and the bathroom ruined us.
We discussed this with the hotel reception, but they told us that since the hotel is fully booked, we could not change the room and we endured .
this stench until the last day.
