The place was cleans and rooms were spacious. the staff was extremely helpful with all our request and guiding us to places to visit.
it was all what we expected.

A short 10 minute walk to Fira, with views over the islands. The rooms were clean and private with a small terrace to sit out on. The staff were friendly. Luca on reception was very helpful. And breakfasts were varied and plentiful.

Wry clean and good location. Staff were all really nice and very good. Nothing too much trouble.
Small dark rooms. Tiny bathroom for 4 Adults. Pool area was clean but very basic as wag the bar and breakfast area. All too dark and no atmosphere

Great location, staff were lovely and always helped us with our bags even as we were crossing the road to leave! Pool is very nice.
The room had a slight disinfectant smell that took a while to go away, otherwise great!

Luca at the front desk was awesome. He helped us arrange transportations and booked our dinner reservation. He made our stay very enjoyable.
I wish I knew during booking that the Junior Suite is located at the front of the hotel which is right next to the main road. It was very noisy at night. By the time we arrived, there was nothing available at the back of the hotel.

Amazing stay!Quick check in even late at night.Great breakfast.Very clean rooms.Nice pool area and very reasonable prices on the rooms and the bar.Very close to 2 big supermarkets.3 minutes walking from the center of Fira!

Everything was amazing. The breakfast was special (and the barman too) and the best position for FIRA centrum. Our dog was welcome without problem and parking for car was the best (parking the side to flower trees)

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was comfortable and airy. Was only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Fira so very convenient. Breakfast was a perfect amount/plenty.
Pool felt very enclosed and un-inviting. Need to break down those walls!

Good location- 7 min walk into the main town centre which has bus links. Supermarket around the corner too. Staff exceptionally helpful.

The 2 rooms that we were given smelled of cleaners, we immediately requested a change. The receptionist said to talk to the owner. he later communicated with me and accommodated us to a much nicer room with a spacious balcony. staff was helpful carried my luggage to the both rooms. the hotel is about 10 minute walk from the bus station of fira, and all the restaurants and shops,. The breakfast was average, although it had the basic essentials coffee, tea, juice, fruit , bread, eggs, bacon, cheese etc.
The shower had cold water the first day. we had to request hot water , so the next day we had hot water. It was a little away 10 min walk from shops and restaurants.

Nice location on the Caldera view. Super service, extremely clean. Close to supermarket restaurants, bus station in downtown Fira but not noisy. A huge mention for the staff: Vassilis,Maria and especially Olsi ...you really made us feel at home!
